The Vision2Reality team is a small group of practitioners dedicated to expand the Strategy Execution body of knowledge. Working with the associates at Revcor, they are developing the V2R software in conjunction with the "No Excuses" Strategy Execution process. Their primary goal is to help organizations close their Strategy Execution Gap by leading them through a simple process to achieve "No Excuses" accountability. Leading an organization from their vision to reality remains an organization's greatest challenge and their best opportunity to succeed.
