The existing Vision2Reality team consists of a small group of dedicated practitioners focused on supporting Revcor's goal to be the world-class developer and manufacturer of revolutionary air-moving solutions for the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVAC& R) markets. As practitioners, we are focused on expanding the strategy execution body of knowledge, developing the simple V2R software and achieving "No Excuses" Strategy Execution (NESE).

Vision2Reality is well capitalized. We have Revcor's top management commitment to pilot any new innovative ways developed to improve strategy execution in their multi-plant organization. This seamless path from conception through user implementation has provided the Vision2Reality team the ongoing practitioner perspective used to develop the "No Excuses" process over the last 12 years.

We would like to collaborate with one or more partners that believe there is a huge opportunity to improve strategy execution in organizations and share our same commitment to do so. We want partners interested in introducing our "No Excuses" Strategy Execution process to their broad network of external organizations. These partners see the opportunity to grow their business by differentiating themselves and gaining competitive advantage as Subject Matter Experts (SME) with our leading "No Excuses" Strategy Execution process.

Academics
The opportunity exists for an academic partner to work with Vision2Reality to develop a business class on "No Excuses" Strategy Execution (NESE). Building the NESE body of knowledge and educating future leaders on these best practices plants the seeds that can develop this market.

We would base the initial course content on our exiting body of knowledge and work together to expand these materials. We would also like to co-author a book on NESE with a published academic to further expand the strategy execution body of knowledge and expand our credibility in the strategy execution market space.

We believe there is a great opportunity for consulting organizations to benefit from a partnership with Vision2Reality. A by-product of the NESE process is that it helps organizations identify numerous development opportunities.
