This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors to web sites owned and operated by V2R, LLC (V2R) and governs any information you provide on these sites.

Overview
This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect about you and how we use that information. V2R takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously and will use your information only in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. We will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information or a list of our customers to third parties. However, as described in more detail in Part C below, there are limited circumstances in which some of your information will be shared with third parties, under strict restrictions, so it is important for you to review this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies to all web sites that are owned and operated by V2R, regardless of how you gained access to the sites.
By using web sites owned and operated by V2R, you consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy. Children may not become V2R customers and we ask that minors (under the age of 18) do not submit any personal information to us or attempt to use online services provided by V2R. Subscribers to online services provided by V2R are also bound by the V2R Terms & Conditions of Use.
This policy may be revised over time. We will post the amended Privacy Policy prominently on our web sites so that you can always review what information we gather, how we might use that information, and whether we will disclose it to anyone. Please check www.vision2reality.com at any time for the most current version of our Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy will take effect on December 1, 2004. This Privacy Policy was last updated on April 15, 2008.
V2R web sites include links to third party web sites. These sites are governed by their own privacy statements, and V2R is not responsible for their operations, including but not limited to their information practices. Users submitting information to or through these third party web sites should review the privacy statement of these sites before providing them with personally identifiable information.

Information We Collect
Required Information
No personally identifiable information is required to access the non-subscriber content on V2R web sites. Personally identifiable information is required when requesting that an employee of V2R contact you directly (e.g., regarding our product offering), and when subscribing to online services provided by V2R. At a minimum, your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address will be maintained by V2R to facilitate business related communications.
Web Site Traffic Information
Because of the way that World Wide Web communication standards work, when you arrive at or leave V2R web sites, we automatically receive the web address of the site that you came from or are going to. We also collect information on which pages of our web site you visit while you are on V2R web sites, the type of browser you use and the times you access our web sites. We use this information only to try to understand our customers' preferences better and to manage the load on our servers, so as to improve our service and your experience while using the V2R web sites.
Online Services Use Information
To help protect customer data and improve customer experience, V2R logs subscriber actions while using online services provided by V2R. This information is used only for ongoing security and service improvement efforts. As described in more detail in Part C below, there are limited circumstances in which some of this information will be shared with third parties, under strict restrictions.
Use of "Cookies"
"Cookies" are small files of data that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you as a V2R customer. We send a "session cookie" to your computer if and when you log in to your V2R online services account by entering your user ID and password. These cookies allow us to recognize you if you visit multiple pages in our site during the same session, so that you don't need to re-enter your password multiple times. Once you log out or close your browser, these session cookies expire and no longer have any effect.
Customer Service Correspondence
If you send us correspondence, including e-mails and faxes, we retain such information in the records of your account. We will also retain customer service correspondence and other correspondence from V2R to you. We retain these records for future reference regarding your account use and to improve our customer service. V2R does not maintain these records for a pre-determined period of time.

Our Use and Disclosure of Information
Internal Uses
We collect, store and process your personal information on servers located in the United States. We use the information we collect about you in order 1) to provide our services and process your transactions, 2) to provide customer service, and 3) to improve our products and services.
V2R Consulting Partners
V2R maintains business relationships with individuals and companies that can provide our customers with consulting services. When a consulting partner is called upon to provide services to a V2R customer or potential customer, V2R will share some of your personally identifiable information with our partner to help that partner better service your needs. V2R consulting partners are subject to confidentiality agreements with us that prohibit using the information we share with them except to market the V2R-related products or services, unless you have affirmatively agreed or given your prior permission for other uses.
V2R Contractors and Consultants
V2R periodically contracts with third parties to provide security reviews and other business related services to V2R to help protect and improve the customer experience while using V2R's services. These third parties are subject to confidentiality agreements with us that prohibit using the information we share with them in any manner outside of the execution of their contract with V2R.
Other Uses
We share your information with our parent, subsidiaries and business partners to help coordinate the services we provide to you, enforce our terms and conditions, and promote trust and safety.
We communicate with users on a regular basis via e-mail to provide requested services, and we also communicate by phone to resolve customer complaints or issues.
We also use your e-mail address to send you other types of communications that you can control, including the V2R newsletter and marketing promotions. You can opt out of receiving these communications by following the instructions included in the e-mail messages you receive.

Information Security
V2R is committed to handling your customer information with high standards of information security. We restrict access to your personally identifiable information to employees who need to know that information in order to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your non-public personal information.
The security of your V2R online services account also relies on your protection of your V2R password. You may not share your V2R password with anyone. V2R will never ask you to send your password or other sensitive information to us in an e-mail, though we may ask you to enter this type of information on a V2R web site. If you do share your V2R password with a third party for any reason, the third party will have access to your account and your personal information, and you are responsible for actions taken using your password. If you believe someone else has obtained access to your password, please change it immediately by logging in to your account at https://secure.vision2reality.com and changing your password.

Reviewing and/or Changing Your Information
If you would like to review and/or change your personally identifiable information maintained by V2R, please contact your company's V2R online service administrator directly. You may also contact us at 847-551-9600, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm CST, or write us at V2R, 251 Edwards Avenue, Carpentersville, IL 60110. In order to prevent fraud, V2R will need to positively establish your identity prior to releasing and/or changing any personally identifiable information maintained by V2R. In order to do this, you will be asked questions based on information we have on file and may be asked to fax V2R a copy of a government issued photo ID for our records related to the request and/or change. Information gathered during the review and/or change process will not be shared with other parties unless required by law.
