"No Excuses" Strategy Execution is the newest and most predictable process developed for the sole purpose of helping manager's lead their organizations through disparate project initiatives and process changes required to transform their strategy from Vision2Reality.

In the absence of a formal process, an organization's strategy is most likely driven by politics. Politically driven strategies are known to understate short-term plans that are subsequently exceeded. However, these same politically driven strategies also overstate long-term goals resulting in a 50-70% shortfall in execution and a major contributor to the Strategy Execution Gap. There is also a good chance that the annual strategic plan and operating budgets are poorly defined and not effectively communicated throughout an organization.
